En el verano pasado, yo hice muchos actividades. Yo fui a la playa con mi familia y mis primos. La playa se llama Sea Isle City, New Jersey.Yo no trabajé porque yo no buscé un trabajo. Yo fui a Villanova para un campamento de voleibol con mis compañeros de equipo.Yo no leé un libro interesante porque no me gusta leer en el verano. Yo hice mi tarea importante en el verano pero no mucho tarea. La tarea nos hicimos fue leer unos libros de nos clases. Yo fui a tres conciertos. Yo fui a conciertos de Slightly Stoopid, Beyoncé y Dave Matthew's Band. Los conciertos fueron muy divertidos! Yo no recuerdé las películas yo vio en el verano pasado. Yo tuve un verano divertido y interesante!

This current event article is discussing the coffee crisis within the country of Columbia. Although Columbia is the world's No. 3 coffee exporter, people are complaining that the coffee served within the country is of "bad quality" and "tastes like dirty water." Columbia's champion coffee taster says that Columbia has yet to generate a people who consume coffee the way Europe and America do. He says this is the reason why the quality of coffee they drink is not the quality of coffee they export. Another reason is that Columbia's best coffee is exported to other countries. There are high-quality coffees located in their stores, but most Columbians can't afford these expensive drinks and opt for the cheaper "bad quality" coffee. To fix this problem the Columbian Coffee Federation turned to the mythical man, Juan Valdez. His stores have opened all over Columbia in 120 locations and are focusing on younger consumers. Columbia believes that with time and patience they will introduce their people to completely new ways of drinking coffee.
